What went wrong man?

"What went wrong man?" was created for 'OVERCLOCK: Studio 2 Stage', a 48-hour game jam with the theme "Unconventional Weapons" for Gravitas 2023.

The game was supposed to be an fps-type game where you, the player, go back in time to figure out what went wrong with mankind. You progress through the different stages of man's evolution battling monkeys, neanderthals and cavemen, medieval knights, modern-day, and the future. Your weapon also changes as you progress as you start off with a banana, then stones and spears, then a black flu injection and finally just words ( the player deals psychological damage to the enemy).

Unfortunately, since my laptop was not a gaming one, the graphics and load caused it to crash and I was stuck with the rudimentary design and code I came up with in the first few hours.

I wish to continue working on the game in the future and hope this template is of interest to anyone who sees this.
